Just a quick update! Today (and the rest of the week for that matter) we were able to revisit and reinforce some previously learned information. The selected learning targets were based off of students’ data and needs. Our class will take on this framework for the remainder of the week:
1) Agenda + signatures
2) Launch on et
3) Mini reteach on et
3) Foldable – Notes, partner compare + contrast/distinguish activity
4) Independent practice + reteach on et
5) Exit ticket on et
Looking at the growth from today – ACROSS ALL CLASSES – I’d say this is a pretty solid approach. Every single one of my classes grew between 30% and 39%! Check out 3rd block’s data below!
Students can log on and do their assignments if they were absent for today.
Tomorrow we will be focusing on outbreaks, epidemics and pandemics.
